NOC & Monitoring
A Network Operations Center watching your infrastructure around the clock — detecting, triaging and escalating incidents to a runbook you approve, so problems are handled before your users report them.
From first sweep to steady state
Map the estate
We inventory what runs, what it depends on, and which services actually matter to the business — so alerts reflect impact, not noise.
Instrument & tune
Monitoring goes onto your tooling or ours, with thresholds tuned against real traffic before anyone is woken at 3am.
Watch & respond
Engineers triage every alert against an agreed runbook — fix what we are authorised to fix, escalate the rest with the diagnosis already done.
Review & reduce
Monthly reviews cover uptime, response times and repeat offenders, with fixes proposed to retire recurring alerts for good.
Every engagement ends with
Why it pays off
Nights and weekends covered
Round-the-clock cover without putting your own team on a rota — or paying for a headcount that sits idle most of the night.
Fewer alerts, better ones
Tuning is part of the job, not an extra. Alert volume should fall every month, and we report on whether it does.
Escalations arrive diagnosed
When something does reach your engineers, it comes with the checks already run and the evidence attached.
When you need this
Your users find the outages before your monitoring does.
A small team is carrying an on-call rota it cannot sustain.
You have alerting, but so much of it that everyone has stopped reading it.
A customer or auditor now expects a stated uptime commitment.
How we work together
Extended hours
Cover either side of your working day and across weekends, so your team owns core hours only.
24×7 follow-the-sun
Continuous cover handed between shifts, with a written handover at every boundary.
Typical timeline Estate mapped in the first week; monitored cover live inside three to four weeks, depending on access and tooling.
Common questions
Is this a NOC or a SOC?
A NOC. It covers availability and performance — things being down, slow or full. Anything that looks like a security incident is escalated straight into our cybersecurity practice rather than handled here, and we will tell you plainly which of the two you actually need.
Do we have to change monitoring tools?
No. We work in whatever you already run. If you have nothing yet, we will stand up a stack you own outright, so the data and the configuration stay with you if we ever part ways.
What can the NOC change without asking?
Only what you put in the runbook. Most clients start with restarts, failovers and capacity clean-up, then widen the mandate as trust builds. Everything we do is logged against the incident.
Where do the engineers sit?
Our operation centers in the UAE and Sri Lanka, staffed across shifts so cover follows the clock rather than one office's working day.
